Create in freedom from AI

Trueart is a platform for artists.

The purpose of TrueArt is to protect true art from AI generated images, giving all artists the freedom to create.

Registration for beta testing of TrueArt is now open. What does it mean? This means that as soon as we have a minimum working version with incomplete functionality available, we will notify you by email.

Please register and share it with others. This is the only way we can see if the artists need it. When we collect a sufficient number of registrations and see that such a service is really needed, we will develop it as a priority.

Platform - community

Big company logo
We don’t want to resort to funding this project from third parties. If we develop the project ourselves, we will have full control over its development and policy. Therefore, we look forward to user support in the future.
Artist Community
We plan to develop and maintain the platform based on user experience. This means that we will regularly conduct short surveys and add new functionality. This is the way we can build a better platform together.
Choice of decisions
If we are faced with the question of what to choose - additional profit, or user convenience, then we will definitely choose user convenience. And we want it to remain so throughout the existence of this service.
Patreon logo
For these reasons, we have decided to use Patreon to receive donations from users.

We don't encourage you to subscribe to our patreon at this stage of development. That's why we don't publish a link to our account. The link will be published after collecting a certain number of likes/subscriptions.

I firmly believe that AI generated art or writing should not be stealing from artists. Instead: hire or buy the rights to use artists work to train those softwares. Our personal work is not free real estate.

Terms of Use
We have several ways to register. (Because the project is in the design phase, these steps may change in the future.)

Most likely, there will be two ways of registration:
  1. 1 - for users who migrated from other platforms.
  2. 2 - for new artists.

For artists who have accounts on other services:
  1. 1.Provide a link to your profile (youtube, instagram, deviantart, artstation etc.)
  2. 2.Create an art signature "#TrueArt" in your style or create the signature "#TrueArt" on paper (or digital tablet).
  3. 2.1If it's art, you need to post it in one of the social media.
  4. 2.2If is's just a signature, you will need to upload it to your profile. (The photo must include you holding the paper/tablet in your hands. The photo will not be publicly available, it's only needed to verify your identity).

For new users:
  1. 1.Uploading art (or 3d scene), including "TrueArt".
  2. 2.Uploading a video of the work process (including the interface of your workspace and the time on your computer).
At the beginning, users will have to upload this video to some file hosting service and provide a link. Later we will add video upload directly to our platform.
Currently, this part contains only the rules regarding registration (allowing users to register), and not the full terms of use.
No AI images
The service completely prohibits the publication of any content generated using any AI. We think it's fair to issue permanent bans to violators of this rule. Why? Because it is impossible to "accidentally" post such images. This is a conscious choice of a person for which he will be held responsible on TrueArt.
Moderation of users
All users can access the platform after registration. But in order to be able to post the work, they need to confirm that they are real artists.
Report on AI images
The ability to send a report to an image that looks like an AI-generated. Random people will be selected every week, who will need to vote for "suspicious" works and briefly justify their choice. They will be prompted to take notes directly on the image or leave a small comment. This can be called work to improve the quality of the service, in which all active users will participate.
