To preserve creative freedom, we have consciously chosen not to accept any external funding.
TrueArt belongs to its creators and its community. No one else.
We will always make decisions guided by the values of the platform.
This platform is going to be our journey together.
Like any journey, we know it won't be easy, but it's worth it.
We will do this together, brick by brick. And it will be the place for true art and true artists.
If we have to choose between a lesser evil or a greater evil, we will choose the good.
And never sacrifice the good of the platform and the artists.
I firmly believe that AI generated art or writing should not be stealing from artists. Instead: hire or buy the rights to use artists work to train those softwares. Our personal work is not free real estate.

Terms of Use
We value authenticity and true art. That's why every author goes through a simple free verification to get the opportunity to publish works.
Most likely, there will be two ways of registration:
1 - for artists with portfolio on other platforms.
2 - for new artists.
For artists who have accounts on other services (public way):
1.
Provide a link to your profile (youtube, instagram, deviantart, artstation etc.)
2.
Create a simple artwork in your style that includes the text "#TrueArt" and post it on your account.
This will confirm that the account truly belongs to you.
If there are any doubts about the authorship of your works, we may request additional verification.
For new users (or for private way):
1.
Create a simple artwork in your style that includes the text "#TrueArt".
2.
Upload a video of the work process (including the interface of your workspace and the time on your computer).
In rare cases, to verify authorship, we may ask you to provide the original file of your work
(for example, .psd, .clip, .fbx etc).
No AI images
The service completely prohibits the publication of any content generated using any AI.
We think it's fair to issue permanent bans to violators of this rule.
Why? Because it is impossible to "accidentally" post such images.
This is a conscious choice of a person for which he will be held responsible on TrueArt.
Moderation of users
Anyone can view works on TrueArt.
But to publish your work, you must go through a simple one-time verification.
This is our way of making sure that the community is made up of only real artists.
Reports and the court
Although we know that all systems and checks are imperfect.
That's why the system of reports, internal rating and jury of respected community members will help us keep the platform clean.
